Basic Monitoring – Alert/Patching Only

Service Features:

  • Alerting of critical performance impacting issues in SQL, backups/DR, operating system and other applications.
  • Auto remediation of
    • Critical service failures
    • Drive space issues
  • Regular automated patching during a client defined maintenance window
  • Monthly health executive summary report
  • Agent based monitoring that calls home

Service Fees: (Per Server Per Month)

  • $150 per month if paid for full year in advance.
  • $165 per month if paid monthly.
  • Setup Fee $300 required for all service plans.

 

Enhanced Monitoring – Triage/Escalation

Service Features:

  • All the features of the Basic package
  • NOC monitoring/triage
  • Escalation of events to client internal team for remediation

Service Fees: (Per Server Per Month)

  • $200 per month if paid for full year in advance
  • $220 per month if paid monthly.
  • Setup Fee $300 required for all service plans.

 

Complete Monitoring – All management/maintenance for a single cost

Service Features:

  • All the features of the Basic package
  • NOC monitoring/triage
  • Escalation of events to Avision engineers for remediation
  • 24x7x365 engineering support

Service Fees: (Per Server Per Month)

  • $300 per month if paid for full year in advance
  • $330 per month if paid monthly.
  • Setup Fee $300 required for all service plans.

 

All packages require $300 on-boarding charge per server where the health of the environment is assessed, agent is installed/tuned and changes/updates are suggested for the environment.
