A recent article on Acumatica’s site clarified their Customer Bill of Rights, which sets forth 10 certain, inalienable rights that all Acumatica customers have. The Bill of Rights is not only a promise and commitment to all of the cloud ERP’s users, it’s also a challenge to all other ERP vendors that do not provide these services to their users and customers.

What Are the 10 Rights Acumatica Customers Have?

Like the American Bill of Rights, which was created to grant 10 inalienable rights to citizens, Acumatica’s Bill of Rights was also created to grant 10 rights (also inalienable) to all of its “citizens” (users and customers).

The 10 rights are:

  1. A readily comprehensible and unchanging SaaS end-user license agreement (EULA)

Most cloud providers feel justified in changing their contracts at whim. These contracts, called “end-user license agreements” (or EULAs), govern the expectations between you and your vendor.
