Acumatica Cloud ERP has added support for MySQL Community Edition Server to their Acumatica v4.11 system requirements guide. This is great news for organizations that do not wish to use MS SQL Server or simply have expertise with MySQL.
This is another great example of how Acumatica works to provide a lower total cost of ownership and flexibility to their customers.
Acumatica ERP database can be hosted by:
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005, any edition, with or without any Service Pack
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008, any edition, with or without any Service Pack
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, any edition, with or without any Service Pack
- Microsoft SQL Server 2012, any edition, with or without any Service Pack
- MySQL Community Edition Server for x64 (64-bit) platform, versions 5.6.12 – 5.6.15
