Microsoft has suggested that Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 customers using Order Management install the following hot fixes to prevent System Message 10065 on both the Sales Orders screen and the Shippers screen.
KB 2622572 – Hotfix for Sales Order screen
KB 2585166 – Hotfix for Shippers screen
The hot fixes can be downloaded from Customer Source (login required).
