Code Inspector is updated

The Code Inspector in the Software Development Kit (SDK) has been updated to support the Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015 custom development files. You must uninstall the Microsoft Dynamics SL SDK for 2015 and reinstall the SDK from the cumulative update installation package.

Pre- and Post-Processes converted to Stored Procedures

Some pre- and post-processes used in the Microsoft Dynamics SL rich client for Crystal and SSRS reports have been converted to stored procedures for those reports that are now available in Microsoft Dynamics SL Web Apps. This lets you run the reports in Web Apps as well as through the rich client. If you have customized Visual Basic applications that you call as a pre- or post-process in customized reports and you want to make the customized reports available in Web Apps, you must convert the VB applications to stored procedures.

Duplicate Report Format names are no longer supported

The database upgrade will not complete properly if duplicate report format names exist for the same report number in Report Control Maintenance (98.300.00). Prior versions of Microsoft Dynamics SL allowed duplicate report format names in Report Control Maintenance (98.300.00).

Exclude a Company from Management Reporter Integration

A new Excluded from Management Reporter Integration check box has been added to exclude a company from being integrated with Management Reporter. This selection is available to work with Management Reporter 2012 Cumulative Update 11 (CU11) and later versions. You must make the selection before you enable the Management Reporter integration.
