Benchmark Technology Group Uses Acumatica Customization Tools to Solve a Unique Workflow

Benchmark Technology Group, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, is one of the largest resellers for a variety of banking equipment including check scanners, receipt printers, signature pads, laser printers and LCD screens.

Benchmark offers manufacturer warranty service and a variety of other service programs to repair these devices for service organization and end users – the equipment can arrive by pallet or individually from customers. Tracking the repairs and ensuring proper cost allocations is crucial.

It was becoming increasingly difficult to manage the service programs and measure customer satisfaction with disparate systems that had no integration to ERP.

To overcome this challenge, Benchmark was able to use the Acumatica framework to build a custom workflow for tracking warranties and repairs.

Using Acumatica customization tools, they were able to easily link their work processes to all other modules – including sales orders, inventory management, finance, and customer management – and enable future innovations.
