Acumatica Online Training: CRM Support Operations

Training Description: This course introduces you to the Acumatica ERP CRM functionality based on a set of examples that illustrate CRM customer support processes in a small company.
Training Syllabus: In this session, you will become familiar with the ways of creating cases in Acumatica ERP, develop a general understanding of case settings, and create a case manually. You will learn how to assign a case manually to a particular owner and assign a selected group of cases to owners or workgroups by using a case assignment map. You will also learn how to make optimal use of the case management capabilities of Acumatica ERP and develop a general understanding of billing settings for a case and case-related activities. You will process a case and notice the states of its life cycle, create an email and an activity associated with a case, associate a case with other cases, and prepare and review an accounts receivable invoice for the case.

Date and time: This training meets the following one time: Wed, Jun 23, 2021 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST
*To provide a cloud instance for attendees, we need to generate a registration report and perform some activities to deploy the instance and send out the credentials. All this takes time and we have to do it several hours before the webinar. So we highly recommend not leaving the registration up to the last minute of the webinar start. Everyone who registers after 9 AM EST of Day 1 session will not receive the link to the cloud instance and credentials for it and will have to attend a webinar in a view-only format.
